Mairi will also happily meet you in person with samples. Coffee, candle sampling and a casual chat. If seeing is believing, then trust us, this is a fun way to get to know our products and try before you buy.

RETURNS POLICY
Normal conditions of return apply.
Return your purchase to us within 14 days of dispatch of your order by post.
All goods that you are returning must be unused and in new and original condition, including packaging. If you use the goods or remove or tamper with any of the packaging, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.
Unless faulty we are unable to exchange or refund items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed. This includes, but is not limited to, dummies, teething toys, dummy clips, Sudocrem or anything from the baby essential kit.
Delivery and return costs are not refundable.
The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders made online. If you wish to cancel an order with us please contact Mairi on 07825789352

Returns by post require the repacking of all items as securely as possible. Please contact Mairi for return address details.
Refunds will normally be processed within 3 working days of receiving your return. It is then dependent on Paypal or your bank for it to show on your statement. We will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage costs or delivery charges. This does not affect your legal or statutory rights and is subject to your right of cancellation
